Welcome to Devon Property Sales

The county of Devon sits at the top of the peninsular that leads down into it’s neighbour, Cornwall, in the south west of England. Historically it followed the convention of many English counties and was referred to as Devonshire. This remains to this day for certain titles and even signposts.

Devon has a strong tourism industry due to its fantastic coastline (on both sides of the peninsular) and its moors and attractive villages on the interior.
